| The key Japanese techniques
for releasing the talents and creativity of all your people. This workshop teaches the basic techniques for continuous improvement and waste elimination. Delegates will also learn the team building and leadership skills that will institutionalise these activities and make them part of everyone’s daily routine. During the seminar delegates will start a project chosen from their own workplace. Using the SJP continuous improvement diagram, they will be ready to run this as their first Kaizen group when they return to their own workplace. |
